Implement and support contact center solutions (IVR, routing, omnichannel) using Genesis
Configure and integrate SAP C4C and Salesforce Service Cloud
Work on CTI / API integrations between contact center and CRM systems
Handle requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and production support
