Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives focused on contact center and CRM platforms. This role involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring strong stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate will proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams and consistent communication of project status and milestones.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Genesis - Contact Center (6 9 years)
- End-to-end IT Project Management (planning, execution, delivery)
- Expertise in project planning (scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation)
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
- Risk management, issue tracking, and dependency handling
- Status reporting and project governance
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in IT Project Management
- Proven experience managing contact center technology projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience working in onsite, fast-paced environments

- SAP C4C - Cloud for Customer (3 5 years)
- Salesforce - Service Cloud (3 5 years)
