Key Responsibilities
Implementation Leadership
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Talent Management, and Recruitment.
- Ensure successful project delivery aligned with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
Strategic Advisory
- Provide consulting on HR transformation, operating models, and adoption of Oracle HCM best practices.
- Recommend innovative solutions to optimize HR processes and systems.
Configuration & Development
- Configure and manage Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Workforce Development (Performance, Goals, Benefits) and Global HR.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
- Build strong client relationships and manage cross-functional teams.
Business Development
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, RFP responses, and proposal creation.
- Contribute to practice growth and capability building.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations, labor laws, and security standards.
- Maintain governance frameworks for HCM implementations.
Team Leadership
- Mentor junior consultants and lead project teams.
- Drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM (Fusion)
- Strong hands-on experience in Core HR and Recruitment Cloud
- Techno-functional expertise with understanding of integrations and reporting
- Experience in end-to-end implementation projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
