Role Overview
You will:
- Shape client problems before solutions are defined
- Translate business challenges into AI-led value propositions
- Partner closely with Growth to win strategic deals
- Bring credibility across C-suite, business, and technical stakeholders
What You’ll Do
1. Strategic Presales & Value Engineering
- Lead discovery sessions with senior stakeholders to identify business problems, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
- Translate client challenges into clear, quantified value cases (ROI, cost reduction, revenue uplift)
- Define solution hypotheses aligned to NowVertical’s data & AI capabilities
- Build compelling value narratives, not just technical solutions
- Operate effectively in ambiguous environments, structuring unclear problems into actionable hypotheses
2. AI-Led Solutioning & Storytelling
- Design and position AI-driven use cases, including:
- Data platform modernization
- AI/ML and GenAI applications
- Agentic workflows and automation
- Rapidly design and build AI-powered prototypes and demos to bring solutions to life
- Use tools such as GenAI platforms, low-code/no-code tools, and prototyping frameworks (e.g., Streamlit, Figma, Copilot tools, etc.)
- Translate conceptual AI use cases into tangible, interactive client experiences
- Demonstrate agentic workflows and AI-driven decision-making systems, not just static dashboards
- Balance speed vs perfection—prioritizing clarity of value over fully engineered solutions
- Present solutions in a way that resonates with:
- C-suite (business impact)
- Functional leaders (use cases)
- Technical teams (architecture credibility)
3. Deal Shaping & Commercial Support
- Partner with SVP Growth and sales teams to shape and close strategic opportunities
- Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations
- Lead or support initial client engagements (such as pilots or value discovery phases) to validate hypotheses and demonstrate measurable impact
- Act as the bridge between sales and delivery, ensuring what we sell is both compelling and deliverable
- Support pricing, packaging, and commercial structuring where required
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with:
- Marketing → refine messaging, campaigns, and thought leadership
- Delivery & Architecture teams → ensure feasibility and scalability
- Leadership (EVP, SVP Growth) → align on strategic accounts and priorities
- Help build reusable solution frameworks and presales assets
- Provide structured feedback to sales and marketing teams to refine positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy based on client interactions
5. Thought Leadership & Market Positioning
- Stay at the forefront of:
- AI (GenAI, Agentic AI, ML Ops)
- Data platforms (Azure, GCP, Snowflake, etc.)
- Industry-specific use cases
- Contribute to NowVertical’s positioning through:
- POVs, case studies, and client narratives
- Industry conversations and client workshops
- Translate emerging AI trends into practical, business-relevant use cases for clients
- ·Actively contribute to positioning NowVertical as a leader in AI-led value engineering and enterprise transformation
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- 10–15+ years in presales, solutions consulting, or value engineering
- Experience in data, analytics, or AI-led consulting environments
- Proven track record of supporting and closing complex enterprise deals
- Experience shaping or supporting AI-led or data-driven transformation deals is highly preferred

- Experience building business cases around ROI, optimization and growth
2. AI & Data Fluency
- Ability to shape AI-led use cases across GenAI, Agentic AI and automation
- Understanding of AI-driven business transformation and modern data platforms (Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks)
- Experience supporting prototypes, demos or PoCs; able to credibly architect and position solutions
3. Storytelling & Influence
- Strong communication skills to simplify complex ideas and influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to move from problem to insight, solution and business value
- Comfortable challenging assumptions and reframing problem statements when needed
4. Structured Problem Solving
- Ability to break down ambiguity, build logical narratives and drive decisions with clarity
5. Collaboration & Ownership
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across sales, delivery and leadership
- Accountability for outcomes, including deal success and early value realization
