
We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient radiology clinic. This role involves comprehensive patient care, including obtaining histories, performing physical examinations, and conducting outpatient consultations. Responsibilities also include ordering and performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, coordinating care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, developing and implementing treatment plans for patients undergoing radiology procedures, monitoring patient response to interventions, providing education and counseling to meet patient needs, making appropriate referrals, prescribing medication, and managing patient communications and inbox-related tasks in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and organized APP who takes ownership of their role and is motivated to grow and shape a high-functioning outpatient clinic. They are comfortable independently evaluating and managing their own clinic (predominantly follow-ups), while maintaining a strong focus on patient-centered care. This individual is highly effective at multitasking and prioritizing competing demands, including clinic responsibilities, patient communications, and inbox management. They are responsive, detail-oriented, and ensure timely follow-up on patient needs. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role requires close collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to manage a complex patient population. The ideal candidate is a team player who is dependable, adaptable, and invested in improving workflows and enhancing the overall efficiency and quality of the clinic.
Primary responsibilities will focus on the Body Interventional Radiology (IR) service, with additional coverage across other radiology divisions as needed, including Neuro IR and Musculoskeletal (MSK) radiology. 2 years of prior APP experience preferred.

New grads will be considered at this time, however, 2 years of APP experience is preferred.
Nurse Practitioner: Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current FL RN and APRN license and certification as an FNP, ANP or ACNP.
Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the FL State Board of Medical Practice.
