Summary / Primary Role:
This role is responsible for leading and integrating core HR functions across the organization, including Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), HRIS, Payroll, and Total Rewards (Benefits and Compensation). This role serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating business priorities into scalable people strategies that drive operational effectiveness, compliance, and consistent employee experience.
This leader will oversee the design, execution, and continuous improvement of HR programs, systems, and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and organizational efficiency across multiple locations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership
• Partner with executive leadership to align HR priorities with business strategy, operational needs, and financial objectives
• Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational structure, workforce planning, and complex employee-related matters
• Utilize data, metrics, and workforce insights to drive informed decision-making and improve business outcomes
• Lead standardization and scalability of HR processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the organization
HR Business Partner Leadership
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of HRBPs supporting multiple business units
• Ensure consistent execution of HR policies, employee relations practices, and compliance standards across all locations
• Advise senior leaders on complex employee relations issues, organizational challenges, and risk mitigation
• Drive alignment between HRBPs and business operations to ensure consistent delivery and execution
Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits)
• Lead the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, including base pay, incentives, and retirement plans
• Ensure programs are market competitive, financially sound, and aligned with business objectives
• Oversee compensation planning cycles, including salary adjustments and incentive payouts
• Manage external vendors and tools supporting benefits and compensation programs
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, governance, and audit requirements related to total rewards
HRIS, Payroll & Process Optimization
• Own and drive the HR systems strategy and roadmap, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and operational effectiveness
• Oversee Payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with financial controls and reporting
• Lead automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual work and increase efficiency
• Establish and maintain reporting, dashboards, and metrics to drive visibility and accountability
Legal, Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (EEO, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, etc.)
• Establish and maintain governance over HR policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate organizational risk
• Partner with Legal on employee-related matters, including investigations, claims, and regulatory issues
• Oversee audits, reporting, and documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness
• Monitor legislative changes and drive timely organizational alignment across all locations
Leadership & Team Development
• Build and lead a high-performing HR team across HRBP, Payroll, HRIS, and Total Rewards
• Provide clear direction, coaching, and development to direct reports
• Establish accountability, performance expectations, and measurable goals across the HR function
• Foster a culture of operational discipline, ownership, and continuous improvement
Qualifications and Key Skills:

• 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within multi-site, high-growth, or complex operating environments
• Demonstrated success leading and integrating HRBP, Total Rewards, HRIS, and Payroll functions
• Deep expertise in compensation, benefits, HR systems, and employment law across multiple jurisdictions
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership, drive alignment, and deliver measurable business outcomes
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable strategies
• Experience with enterprise HRIS platforms; Dayforce strongly preferred
