We are entering a critical phase of our hospital expansion, delivering an additional 82 beds across six new clinical units. To support this, we are seeking an experienced professional to join us in a six month fixed term, project-based role focused on the set up, delivery and planning of these new services.
This role will play a pivotal part in translating planning into operational readiness — supporting workforce mobilisation, service commencement and safe planning of the hospital expansion. This is a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise at a defining moment, helping shape how care is delivered from day one.
About the role
The People and Culture Systems Administrator provides accurate and reliable administration of people and workforce systems, supporting employee lifecycle processes and organisational change. The role ensures data integrity, compliance and timely system support, while providing first point assistance to managers and People and Culture colleagues.
Key responsibilities
• Deliver accurate, confidential people administration across the employee lifecycle in line with policy and legislation
• Provide first point support and advice on routine people, employment and system matters
• Maintain workforce records, position data, documentation and reporting to support governance and assurance
• Support effective workflows, communications and intranet content to enable efficient service delivery
• Contribute to continuous improvement while providing high quality operational and administrative team support
You will have:
• Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in people and workforce systems administration
• Proven experience administering HRIS/payroll systems with high accuracy, confidentiality and data integrity
• Working knowledge of industrial instruments, employment legislation and organisational policy
• Strong customer focused capability providing practical advice and support on standard workforce processes
• Excellent organisational, communication and teamwork skills, with sound judgement and accountability in complex environments
