Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in manufacturing.
- 5 years of experience in embedded software or test automation with Python.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience setting up manufacturing assembly processes, driving product launches and assembly process optimization within manufacturing operations.
- Experience with developing manufacturing test hardware using electronics, fixturing, and instrumentation.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals in PCIe, Ethernet, and TCP/IP.
- Ability to generate product-specific test plans and execute testing accordingly.

Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing test development for hardware designs to support machine learning (ML) data center products.
- Define the manufacturing test strategy for products and work with partners to develop test solutions.
- Design, build, and deploy test platforms for Google's manufacturing partners.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and root cause manufacturing yield issues and field escapes, driving issues to closure with preventive measures and documenting debug processes and findings.
- Develop automated test software for functional tests, conduct code reviews, and debug test failures.
