National Corporate Account Manager
Drive National Production. Build Strategic Partnerships. Shape Portfolio Performance.

The Opportunity
This is a high-impact national role for a hotel sales professional who thrives on strategic relationships, commercial ownership, and measurable results.
As National Corporate Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding a portfolio of key national corporate accounts. You will directly influence corporate transient and group production across the portfolio, driving revenue through negotiated agreements, preferred partnerships, and corporate RFP programs.
Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, this role represents the brand nationally—transforming account potential into consistent, scalable performance across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and grow a portfolio of national and key corporate accounts, driving revenue and room night production
• Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned national accounts and senior decision-makers
• Develop and execute strategic national account plans aligned with portfolio revenue objectives
• Identify, prospect, and convert new national corporate opportunities
• Lead corporate RFP strategy and submissions (Lanyon, Cvent, and similar platforms)
• Conduct biannual face-to-face business reviews and provide monthly production reporting
• Promote the brand through sales calls, presentations, site visits, and client engagement
• Partner with General Managers, Directors of Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations teams
• Ensure consistent execution of national agreements across all participating hotels
• Analyze market trends, production data, and competitive activity
• Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline visibility
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
• Resolve escalated issues while maintaining strong client satisfaction

Who You Are
• An experienced hotel or hospitality sales professional with national or multi market account experience
• Comfortable working with corporate, agency, consortia, or key leisure partners
• Skilled at navigating complex organizations and senior customer relationships
• Commercially sharp, data-informed, and proactive
• Known for ownership, follow through, and collaboration
• Flexible and travel-ready in support of accounts and hotel partners
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
• Proven success in national or key account management within hospitality or corporate travel
• Demonstrated achievement of revenue and production targets
• Strong negotiation and senior-level presentation skills
• Deep understanding of hotel sales, corporate travel programs, and RFP processes
• Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex stakeholders
• Strategic, data-driven approach to account planning
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in hotel sales or national account roles
