
Challenger Security is seeking a professional and highly motivated Licensed Control Room Operators to join our team at one of Melbourne’s most prestigious commercial sites.
As a Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for the effective monitoring and coordination of security operations, ensuring the safety of tenants, visitors, and assets within this iconic Melbourne landmark.
About the Role
*Must have Control Room Operator on Security licence*
The Control Room is the nerve centre of our client’s security operation. Our control room operators not only safeguard people and property but also help protect the building’s prestige, tenant confidence, and business continuity. Their ability to detect, assess, and respond to events in real time is critical to maintaining a safe and secure environment for thousands of people who work in or visit the site each day.
Our Control Room Operators on this site play a pivotal role in the day-to-day security and safety operations of one of Melbourne’s most iconic commercial precincts. Working from the building’s Security Control Room, our control room operators act as the central communication and coordination point for all security and emergency responses within the precinct.
You will be working a rotating roster and as part of a wider security team managed by an onsite security manager.
