We're looking for a Director of Media Solutions to lead and scale our media experimentation function.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data-driven media strategy, client success, and operational excellence. You'll own end-to-end media experiments, build scalable workflows, and partner with R&D to shape the future of how we operate - all while growing a lean, high-impact team.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end media experiment planning and execution across customer accounts, including campaign selection, geo-split and pre-post methodologies, and results communication
- Serve as the primary partner for customers and clients, developing tailored success stories that demonstrate measurable impact
- Audit customer accounts and develop structured experiment plans aligned with business goals
- Standardize team workflows and provide clear visibility to internal stakeholders on experiment progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with R&D to identify and design automation tools that reduce manual media tasks and enable efficient scaling
- Manage and develop a small, growing team — setting direction, removing blockers, and maintaining execution quality
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in paid media, growth marketing, or performance advertising — with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Deep familiarity with media experimentation methodologies, including geo-split testing and pre-post analysis
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and translating data into compelling success narratives
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with data science outputs, signal engineering concepts, and campaign-level metrics
- Experience working cross-functionally with R&D, product, or data teams to build or improve operational tooling
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present clearly to both technical and business audiences
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts and internal workstreams simultaneously
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment — comfortable navigating ambiguity and building from scratch
- Hands-on approach — this role requires direct execution alongside team management, especially in the first 6 months
- Familiarity with Meta, Google, or other major ad platforms is a strong advantage
