JOB CONTENT
This position is responsible to delivering the goods in lorries/trucks as per directions of the sales supervisor. Leveraging expertise in distribution, merchandising, shelving, ensure optimal product visibility and availability across marketplace outlets, including remote locations, through regular customer and retail outlet visits.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational:
1. Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
2. Follow routes and schedule
3. Follow Department of Transport DOT regulations and safety standards
4. Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
5. Complete logs and reports
6. Collect payments if required
7. Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
8. Inform customers about new products and services
9. Hand-eye coordination, Hearing, Stamina, Good Vision and Punctuality
10. Excellent organizational and time management skills
11. Must be alert, strive for accuracy, and have the ability to exercise independent thinking and judgment, be a self-motivator, and attention to detail
12. Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability
13. Integrity, discretion and loyalty.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Education:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Additional sales training is a plus
Experience:
– 1 year of relevant experience
Special Skills & Knowledge:
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Basic computer skills for order processing and documentation
Business Understanding:
– This position requires low level of business understanding
