Samuel Knight Energy & Infrastructure is the leading recruitment partner for mission critical construction across the United States, supporting the delivery of hyper-scale data center programs. They are seeking experienced Project Managers to manage full lifecycle project management of data center construction projects, ensuring delivery aligns with safety, quality, and schedule expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Full lifecycle project management of hyper-scale data center construction projects
- Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost control
- Lead coordination between subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Drive project delivery in line with safety, quality, and schedule expectations
- Oversee MEP-intensive scopes, ensuring technical execution aligns with design intent
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Report on project performance, risks, and progress to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within data center or mission critical construction
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination within complex builds
- Experience managing large-scale construction projects ($50M+)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced project environments
- Strong commercial acumen and experience with budgets, contracts, and change orders
- Willingness to travel or work on a rotational basis
