Project Manager, Service Now

Flexon Technologies Talent360.ai is seeking a Project Manager for their Service Now platform. The role requires high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across various audiences while managing customer relationships and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Very high attention to detail and follow through
• Demonstrated organizational skill set
• Strong communication skills across various audiences (customer, account team, partner delivery team)
• Self-starter, proactive, caring about many small details that combine into a high touch customer experience
• Relationship builder and strategic thinker, able to quickly develop ability to take on engagement lead assignment across various internal and partner resource pools
• Wanting to take on broader program management responsibility as ramp up
