They are seeking a Technical Support Engineer for Distributed Antenna Systems to support customer implementations and ensure high-quality standards in delivery and troubleshooting of JMA DAS solutions.

Review Performance and Acceptance Test Plans
Creating, updating, closing out tickets in a timely manner
Follow processes
Sense of Urgency
Multitasking
PIM/Sweep/CW Test
SOW Creation when required
Performance Testing
Performance Data Review
Troubleshooting
Customer Support
Root Cause analysis Review

Requirements:

2-4 year technical degree or related military experience desired
2+ years of support experience related to Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)
Base station system knowledge required
Knowledge of LTE and 5G protocols
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Must be within range of a major airport and be prepared to travel up to 40%
