Dayforce is a global human capital management company headquartered in Toronto and Minneapolis, seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst/Solution Specialist. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, translating business needs into technical solutions and leading end-to-end delivery across Salesforce initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, solution designs, and user stories
- Serve as a Salesforce Sales Cloud SME, providing strategic guidance on platform capabilities and best practices
- Lead and support end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Perform Salesforce administration and configuration (declarative), including workflows, flows, validation rules, and security model
- Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with architecture standards
- Conduct impact analysis, risk assessment, and solution feasibility evaluations
- Support and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolutions
- Maintain and enhance Salesforce documentation, knowledge base, and release communications
- Drive process improvements and adoption through training, demos, and stakeholder engagement
- Manage stakeholder relationships and lead cross-functional initiatives and projects
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Salesforce BSA, or similar role
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (declarative development)
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce implementations and enhancements end-to-end
- Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirement gathering, and solution design
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Sales processes such as GoToMarket processes, Sales Compensation / Incentives, Outreach, Forecasting and Revenue Intelligence
- Familiarity with Agentforce
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis in Salesforce
