Bio-Rad Laboratories is a global leader in developing, manufacturing, and marketing high-quality research and clinical diagnostic products. The Channel Sales Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing relationships with US strategic IVD manufacturing partners and OEM segments, driving sales execution, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance Bio-Rad's market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Drives sales execution of channel strategy to ensure Bio-Rad’s revenue and profitability goals are met
- Develops and executes IVD strategy framework in conjunction with cross functional stakeholders
- Builds C-Suite level relationships with strategic US IVD and OEM Partners
- Liaison with CDG Business Development and US GCO Sales teams
- Manages all administration to include custom and unlabeled QSD forecasts, quotations, price files, new product adds/deletes, product notifications and changes
- Works in conjunction with National Channel Sales Manager to develop strategic business plans spanning Clinical Diagnostic and channel partner opportunities
- Coaches sales teams on strategic partnership best practice to achieve optimal sales results
- Works effectively with internal resources and strategic partners to negotiate and manage contracts
- Establishes cadence calls with all partners to discuss overall strategy, business results, and opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, medical diagnostics and/or life science
- 3+ years related experience as AM, AE or KAM
- Knowledge of working in a B2B and/or Distribution Market is required
- Strong verbal & written communications skills including strong presentation skills is required
- Experience executing on strategic account business plans and working with blue sheets is required
- Experience in performing complex pricing and financial analysis
- MBA is a plus
- Experience developing and delivering regular business reviews
- Experience negotiating contracts and driving compliance is strongly preferred
