Perform hands-on, in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for business and operational improvement across the organization
Conduct root cause analyses to understand the drivers of key performance metrics related to customer experience and internal efficiency
Develop and maintain core business metrics, performance dashboards, and recurring reports that provide a holistic view of company health
Define and track key KPIs to measure progress against strategic goals, ensuring alignment between operational execution and business outcomes
Deliver actionable insights into trends such as workflow efficiency, resource utilization, customer satisfaction, and service quality
Collaborate cross-functionally with business, operations, and leadership teams to translate analytical findings into impactful strategies and process enhancements

Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and continuous improvement

3+ years of relevant work experience in a data-centric role (e.g. analytics, business intelligence, business analytics, finance, investment banking, financial/risk modeling, pricing, management consulting, etc.)
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or Finance or Combination of relevant education, experience and training
Ability to understand and act on complex, open-ended problems, and to adapt, operate, and thrive under ambiguity
Experience manipulating and summarizing data using SQL
Experience communicating results and insights to cross-functional stakeholders
Experience with data-visualization (ex: Looker, Tableau, etc.)
Experience developing forecasting models
Experience using in a statistical software such as Python or R
Experience in financial technology field
