Flooret is a company seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of their paid acquisition engine and drive measurable revenue growth. This role involves managing and optimizing a significant annual paid media budget across various channels, improving funnel efficiency, and collaborating with lifecycle marketing to enhance conversion and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Own paid acquisition performance across Meta, Google, and emerging channels—managing budget allocation, optimization, and scaling across the funnel
- Improve funnel efficiency, driving conversion from first touch through purchase and strengthening retargeting across key cohorts
- Lead creative performance, identifying winning assets, scaling what works, and maintaining a disciplined testing cadence
- Turn data into action by analyzing performance across paid media, Shopify, and lifecycle tools
- Leverage AI and automation to accelerate reporting, insights, and optimization workflows
- Report on performance weekly to leadership, including pacing vs. plan and clear, actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with lifecycle marketing to improve conversion and retention, with the opportunity to own lifecycle performance over time
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in eCommerce or DTC
- Proven track record managing and scaling paid media budgets ($1M–$5M+ annually)
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Meta and Google Ads
- Strong command of core metrics: CAC, CVR, AOV, MER
- Ability to translate data into clear decisions that drive measurable outcomes
- Experience working within Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
- Experience at high-growth DTC brands
- Familiarity with Klaviyo or other lifecycle marketing platforms
- Experience using AI tools (GPT, Claude) and automation workflows
- Exposure to full-funnel growth strategy
