Enkrypt AI is on the frontier of AI security, building tools that help enterprises trust and deploy AI safely. They are seeking a driven and creative Event Coordinator to manage B2B events that enhance their brand presence and drive pipeline impact.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute B2B events — including trade shows, conferences, executive dinners, webinars, and sponsored activations — aligned to Enkrypt AI's go-to-market strategy
- Own event logistics end-to-end: venue sourcing, vendor management, budgets, timelines, and on-site operations
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure events generate meaningful leads and brand awareness in the AI security space
- Manage event communications with clients, partners, sponsors, and internal stakeholders
- Bring creative, fresh ideas to how Enkrypt AI shows up — from booth experiences to branded swag to post-event follow-up
- Track event performance and report on ROI, engagement, and pipeline contribution
