Corus Orthodontists is one of the fastest-growing orthodontic partnership networks in North America. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy and digital presence initiatives, collaborating with practices to drive measurable growth through effective marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve brand positioning and visual identity across digital touchpoints for 55+ practices
- Lead rebranding initiatives — from stakeholder alignment and naming through to rollout across web, brand assets, and collateral
- Partners with operations to ensure digital brand strategy reflects business goals and resonates with target audiences
- Own and optimize business listings across key platforms (Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp, directories, and aggregators)
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of business information (NAP) across all locations
- Lead organic search strategy — spanning SEO, content, and keyword development — with a forward-looking approach to visibility across both traditional and AI-driven search environments (ChatGPT, Gemini)
- Develop scalable systems to manage and grow multi-location digital presence, ensuring consistency and performance across all search surfaces
- Lead the migration and ongoing optimization and management of practice websites within a standardized platform
- Partner with design and development teams to improve UX and content strategy
- Own the end-to-end website journey, optimizing conversion from first interaction through consultation booking
- Build and manage a proactive reputation strategy across platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook)
- Develop internal processes for review generation, escalation, and response frameworks
- Track and report on brand sentiment trends; translate insights into feedback loops
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve conversion rates
- Own performance reporting across organic digital channels in partnership with external agencies, including dashboards and KPI tracking
- Connect digital performance to patient acquisition outcomes by aligning marketing data with internal systems (PMS)
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive measurable growth
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5–8 years in digital brand marketing with hands-on experience across brand strategy, SEO, local listings, and reputation management
- A proven track record managing multi-location digital presence- minimum 25 locations- is required
- Experience leading a rebrand — from brand architecture and messaging through digital rollout and migration
- Knowledge of AI search optimization — how LLMs surface brand information and how to structure content to influence that presence
- Strong project management skills with experience using platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Teamwork, or similar to keeping cross-functional work on track
- Excellent communicator who can operate equally well in a strategy session and a creative brief
- Dental Service Organization experience strongly preferred
