Business Development Representative Intern (Commission-Only) - AI Enterprise Sales

Buena AI is an enterprise AI sales operating system that simplifies sales tools into a single platform. They are seeking commission-only SDR interns to run outbound campaigns, generate pipeline, and book meetings for founder-led closes.

Responsibilities:

• Run outbound campaigns into enterprise accounts (Fortune 1000, PE-backed B2B, high-growth tech)
• Use Buena's own platform to generate pipeline — you'll work with the same AI system we sell to customers
• Book qualified meetings for founder-led closes
• Build your own book of business with uncapped commission

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled at UF or recent grad (Warrington preferred, all majors welcome)
• Hungry, coachable, and comfortable with rejection
• Strong written communication — you'll be drafting executive outreach
• Self-directed — we train you, but we don't micromanage
