Pindrop is the Real Human + Right Human® Identity Trust Platform for the AI era, delivering continuous identity verification and deepfake detection. The Lead Marketing Web Engineer/Developer will be responsible for rebuilding the company's website to meet modern standards, ensuring performance, architecture, and conversion effectiveness while integrating AI-driven features.
Responsibilities:
- The website. Pindrop.com: architecture, performance, uptime, every page that ships. You build from design to live, keep tech debt low, and hold Core Web Vitals to a standard. Mobile-first, non-negotiable. Automated testing, table stakes
- The AI-native experience. You build for the humans visiting today and the AI agents already crawling the web. LLM-ready structure, schema, and content with personalization and dynamic content that wasn’t feasible a year ago. Agentic and RAG-backed experiences, prototyped and measured against pipeline
- Conversion. You own on-site conversion across demo, content, and product journeys. You partner with Demand Gen on landing pages, run experiments with real hypotheses, and scale what works. AI generates variants and spots patterns faster than traditional CRO. Every page is instrumented day one: UTM, forms, and clean CRM handoff
- Analytics and insight. You own web data quality across GA4, GTM, and BI. You build dashboards people use to decide, not just look at. Underperformance gets surfaced with a recommendation, not a shrug
Requirements:
- 12+ years owning web performance end-to-end, with a real track record across both development execution and data-driven decisions
- B2B SaaS or enterprise website experience; you understand how a website drives pipeline, not just traffic
- Daily, fluent use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or your stack) with real examples of what you've built, automated, or accelerated
- Deep hands-on experience with Wordpress and experience in Webflow, not tied to either
- Strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). You build from a design file and debug independently
- Proven wins on Core Web Vitals and technical SEO/AEO
- Hands-on GA4 and GTM: implementation, QA, attribution
- Working knowledge of how websites integrate with analytics, CRM, and marketing automation
- Background in cybersecurity, fraud, contact center, or AI/ML products
- Experience shipping AI-powered web features: personalization, RAG-backed content, chat interfaces, agentic experiences
- Familiarity with [HubSpot / Marketo / Pardot — whichever you use]
- Headless CMS or modern framework experience (React, Next.js)
- A/B testing tooling (Optimizely, VWO)
