Women in Cleantech and Sustainability is seeking various roles at Sungrow, including a Senior Project Manager responsible for managing the execution of energy storage projects. This role involves ensuring project ownership and customer contact from launch to commissioning while meeting safety, delivery, and cost targets.
Responsibilities:
- As part of the Project Management group, this role plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects
- Senior Project Manager is responsible for directly managing the execution of Sungrow’s ESS projects within the Utility portfolio
- Senior Project Manager will ensure end-to-end project ownership and customer point of contact responsibilities from project launch to successful commissioning while working with the Service group to ensure safety, delivery, cost and schedule KPI targets are met
Requirements:
- Edit and refine customer-faced technical documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards
- Gather and analyze market information, delivering insightful analysis to support business decisions
- Develop application tools to facilitate engineering daily support
- Assist in understanding and applying industry certifications and standards to project and processes
- Support technical documentation matrix during project support
- Utilize data analysis skills to interpret technical and market data effectively
- Develop a professional understanding of electrical engineering or systems engineering principles
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow as an expert in the energy storage industry
- Directly managing the execution of Sungrow's ESS projects within the Utility portfolio
- Ensure end-to-end project ownership and customer point of contact responsibilities from project launch to successful commissioning
- Work with the Service group to ensure safety, delivery, cost and schedule KPI targets are met
- Spearheading contract development and management across the North America markets
- Serve as the primary interface with our clients
- Lead legal operations Sungrow USA and will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enforcing the systems, workflows, and processes that enable Legal to operate efficiently, consistently, and at scale
- Serve as the system owner for Sungrow USA's contract lifecycle management platform (Ironclad)
- Ensure that all contracts are initiated, reviewed, approved, executed, stored, and reported through Ironclad in accordance with Legal Department requirements
- Partner closely with the Sales Contract Management team and other business stakeholders to standardize contracting processes
- Reinforce the Legal Department's requirements across the organization
- Strong organizational, systems, and process-management skills
- Confidence to enforce legal standards while supporting business objectives
- Manage key accounts and maintain long-term partnership
- Work with all major utilities, developers and IPPs to drive the utility business
- Perform in business development role for potential market segment or new market segment
- Help to develop product marketing strategy and implementation schedule
- Help company to gain better brand recognition by assisting trade shows and other public functions
- Collect market information, including but not limited to, emerging market data, industry trend, product standard and competitor's information
- Abide company rules, submit monthly work summary and work plan for the next month, timely communicate with HQ
