
Role Overview
The client is seeking a Product Analyst to support a proprietary front office system used in hotel operations, focusing on analytics, UAT, and business-to-technical translation. The role involves collaborating with engineering and deployment teams to enhance global system adoption and standardization. The position is hybrid in Chicago, IL and is open to candidates within a 100-mile radius.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into user stories and documentation
Collaborate with product engineering and deployment teams to align timelines and priorities
Support troubleshooting, configuration, and system enhancements
Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios
Recommend process improvements based on operational analysis
Ensure standardization of applications supporting business needs
Required Skills (with Years)
Hospitality operations (Front Office, Guest Services, Reservations, etc.) 5+ years
Business analysis and requirement gathering 5+ years
UAT design and execution 5+ years
Stakeholder communication and coordination 5+ years
Preferred Skills
Experience with Opera PMS
Knowledge of Colleague Advantage, HotSOS, Zingle, Sertifi
Understanding of credit card processing systems
Exposure to hotel technology solutions and business impact
