They are seeking a Business Development Representative to generate and qualify leads, identify potential business opportunities, and build relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation practices to identify and connect with potential clients effectively
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with prospects and team members
- Demonstrated experience in Sales and Business Development with a focus on achieving measurable growth
- Results-driven approach with excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software, sales pipelines, and analytics tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
