Operations Transformation Sales Leader, BFSI

Incedo Inc. is a US based consulting, analytics and technology services firm. They are seeking a Senior Director of Ops Practice Sales to pioneer new business prospects, acquire new clients, and expand existing accounts in the Operations transformation practice.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities by gaining new clients and expanding services to existing ones
• Build a strong pipeline by identifying potential leads through your industry network in 1-2 verticals that Incedo operates in, and convert them into confirmed clients, particularly in Operations transformation
• Identify potential growth areas and formulate strategic sales plans for the practice
• Address Industry challenges by actively collaborating with Incedo’s senior domain stakeholders
• Establish and maintain relationships with key business executives on the client side to gain a deep understanding of their needs
• Work in close coordination with Incedo’s horizontal services to develop most suitable solutions for the client

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 15 years of relevant sales experience
• Strong Experience in Operations/Ops transformation sales (Wealth Management/ Financial Services experience)
• Should have worked at the intersection of Technology and Ops
• Ideally has worked in a global consulting or technology services firm
