Scout Global is an innovative deep-tech scale-up transforming how engineering teams utilize AI. They are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own product positioning, drive launches, and enable enterprise sales for their highly technical platform.
Responsibilities:
- Own product positioning and messaging for a highly technical platform
- Translate complex engineering workflows into clear customer value
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new features and product launches
- Create technical content including blogs, case studies, solution briefs, and presentations
- Build sales enablement materials - pitch decks, competitive positioning, and objection handling
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and growth teams on campaign execution
- Engage customers and prospects to understand workflows, use cases, and buying drivers
- Conduct competitive and market analysis across similar engineering tools
Requirements:
- 3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or technical software environments
- Experience launching and positioning complex technical products
- Familiarity with simulation tools and a background in this space
- Strong understanding of engineering workflows and simulation-driven design
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling messaging
- Experience creating technical marketing content for engineering audiences
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing deep-tech scale-up environment
