Aquila Technology is seeking a Business Data Analyst to join their team in support of a premier defense research organization. This role will drive data quality standards, implement process improvements, and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure operational efficiency and minimize risk.
Responsibilities:
- Drive data quality standards
- Identify & implement process improvements
- Ensure an accurate representation of assets & services in ServiceNow
- Maintaining an accurate, up-to-date Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Comprehensive service monitoring
Requirements:
- 3 years Data Analysis
- 1 year Agile Methodologies
- 3 years Program/Project Management OR Analysis
- 3 years Reviewing Specification Requirements
- 2 years Translates Business Requirements into Technical Specifications
- 2 years Understands and Executes Project Requirements
- Excellent Problem Solving
- Strong customer service skills and communication
