Capgemini US LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join their Contract Lifecycle Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CLM and will be responsible for gathering and validating business requirements, analyzing contract configurations, and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for CLM projects
- Analyze, document, and redesign current-state contract configuration and workflows
- Strong ability to analyze complex processes and translate them into functional, user-centric technical specifications
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, demos, UATs and other key meetings with client stake holders
- Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements
- Configure CLM platform - Docusign, including setting up workflows, templates, metadata, and user dashboards
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test cases, and troubleshoot issues to ensure quality
- Collaborate with both onshore and offshore team members to ensure seamless project delivery
- Ability to work in USA Eastern business hours (8 AM ET to 5 PM ET)
Requirements:
- Strong CLM background with an understanding of Contract Management Process

- Experience analyzing, documenting, and redesigning current-state contract configuration and workflows
- Experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions, demos, UATs and other key meetings with client stakeholders
- Ability to act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements
- Experience configuring CLM platform - Docusign, including setting up workflows, templates, metadata, and user dashboards
- Experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), developing test cases, and troubleshooting issues to ensure quality
- Ability to collaborate with both onshore and offshore team members to ensure seamless project delivery
- Ability to work in USA Eastern business hours (8 AM ET to 5 PM ET)
- Knowledge and understanding of configuring CLM platform like Docusign or Icertis
