Responsibilities:
- Planning, monitoring and managing technical projects from initiation to completion
- Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Collaborating with engineering, product, and stakeholder teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Implementing and enforcing Agile methodologies for efficient workflow
- Fostering collaboration, communication, and problem-solving among team members and stakeholders
- Analyzing project demands, resource availability and constraints to develop effective resource allocation plans
- Optimizing resource utilization by identifying and resolving conflicts, bottlenecks or imbalances in resource allocation
- Conducting regular assessments of resource performance, productivity and capacity to identify areas for improvement
- Providing guidance and support to project teams in resource-related matters, including staffing, skill requirements and resource acquisition
- Define and document project scope, objectives, and success criteria
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to identify resource requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Conduct resource capacity planning to assess and manage resource demands based on project priorities and objectives
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Track and report project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Communicate project updates and potential blockers to leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with Design Leads to follow best practices, standards, and design guidelines
- Utilize Agile methodologies for efficient project execution
- Track and optimize project timelines and resource utilization
- Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

- Technical/Associate Degree with 5-10 years experience in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, resource management, project delivery, and/or technical leadership
- Proficient knowledge of 3D design software (CREO) and general knowledge of 3D Design Intent Concepts
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with risk management, technical leadership, and quality assurance
- High adaptability with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess resource demands and optimize resource allocation
