US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on demand and total workforce solutions. They are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Creator Engagement Marketing Contractor to support their marketing team in executing campaigns and managing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Execute email campaigns targeting High-Velocity Events (HVEs), seasonal moments, and lifecycle initiatives
- Ensure accurate audience segmentation, content personalization, and timely deployment
- Conduct QA checks and troubleshoot campaign issues prior to launch
- Analyze campaign performance, extracting insights to inform future campaign strategy
- Execute push notification campaigns for HVEs, seasonal moments, and lifecycle initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging across channels
- Monitor delivery and analyze campaign performance, extracting insights to inform future campaign strategy
- Build and maintain onsite landing pages to surface deals during High-Velocity Events (HVEs) and for inspirational product sharing
- Merchandise products and deals that are on-trend and relevant to Creators
- Ensure accurate audience segmentation and experience
- Monitor product and deal quality throughout HVEs, flagging and resolving issues in real time
- Manage marketing projects end-to-end in Asana, tracking timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate with partner teams to align on dependencies and deadlines
- Secure required approvals on all marketing placements before launch
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or campaign execution
- Located in the Eastern Time Zone
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into action
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years of experience as a Marketing Manager
- Working with cross-functional stakeholders
- PM systems (Smartsheet, Asana, etc.)
- Experience building campaigns in a CRM tool and managing projects within Asana
- Hands-on experience with on-site product curation or merchandising
- Familiarity with audience segmentation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or contract setting
- Experience with reporting tools and creating performance recaps for stakeholders
- Email platform or merchandising platforms (CRM, Salesforce, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree (business-related preferred)
