Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and general issues relating to Internet purchases
- Issue membership cancellations
- Field in-bound calls
- Respond to customer emails and live chat requests
- Must be able to answer calls with courtesy and a pleasant demeanor
Requirements:
- 1 year or more in the Customer Service industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
- Proficiency navigating the Internet
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changes
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Previous call center experience highly preferred
