Outdoor Collective is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Agent to join our team at Spyder Active Sports. This role is responsible for assisting customers via phone while providing professional, solution-oriented support related to orders, warranties, product information, and general inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer phone calls and provide prompt, professional support
- Assist customers with order status, returns, warranties, and product questions
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while resolving customer concerns
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams
- Follow company policies and customer service procedures
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
- Previous customer service experience preferred
