Turnkey is a company providing wallet infrastructure for the crypto ecosystem, founded by the team behind Coinbase Custody. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to generate pipeline across high-value segments, working closely with leadership to shape outbound strategies and drive engagement with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Build and refine targeted outbound strategies into high value verticals
- Research prospects deeply and craft messages that speak to their roadmap, pain points, and potential crypto strategy
- Create and manage early stage pipeline in Salesforce and support weekly pipeline reviews with the revenue team
- Qualify inbound interest, run first touch discovery, and prep AEs to advance high quality opportunities
- Collaborate with product, partnerships, and marketing to shape messaging, personas, and outbound campaigns
- Bring structured feedback from customers and the market to GTM leadership
- Constantly experiment, iterate, and help build the playbook for outbound at Turnkey
- Go above and beyond to fuel our GTM engine
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years in BDR, SDR, or similar outbound roles (startup or fintech/crypto experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong written communication: crisp, thoughtful outreach that feels personalized and strategic
- High curiosity for crypto, payments, fintech, or developer products
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and tell a clear story
- Competitive, motivated resilient, and hungry to build something new
- Comfortable working directly with founders, senior leaders, and enterprise stakeholders
- Bias for action: you move fast, ask smart questions, and figure things out
