Ametros is changing the way individuals navigate healthcare by providing them with the tools and support necessary to make educated decisions on how to spend their medical funds. The Director of Legal Market Strategy & Partnerships will lead national engagement with plaintiff attorneys and legal organizations, driving the adoption of Ametros's flagship product, CareGuard, and managing high-impact partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage national relationships with plaintiff attorneys and legal advocacy groups
- Represent Ametros at legal conferences, panels, and industry events
- Develop co-marketing and referral programs with law firms and legal influencers
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the legal vertical
- Collaborate with BDMs to support complex case strategy and objection handling
- Create legal-specific sales enablement materials, training, and messaging
- Position Ametros as a trusted partner in liability settlements through speaking engagements, publications, and webinars
- Educate attorneys on the value of CareGuard in preserving benefits and resolving cases efficiently
- Partner with SAE’s and BDM’s to tailor solutions for legal stakeholders
- Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing
- Work with regulatory team to ensure consistent feedback
- Track engagement metrics, referral volume, and conversion rates from legal sources
- Support quarterly Rocks and Metrics tied to legal market expansion and revenue growth
Requirements:
- Established network within the work comp legal community and experience in marketing to vertical
- Proven ability to establish relationships that drive business results
- Deep understanding of work comp legal community and the settlement process
- Ability to manage relationships with attorney associations and leverage field sales to achieve optimal results
- Visionary to understand Ametros sales team functions to improve legal vertical
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- 5-7 years 7+ Years of experience in the Worker's Compensation industry in a sales capacity, specifically supporting the legal community and worker's compensation settlement process required
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferred
