Responsibilities:

• Design and personalize vacation experiences including resorts, cruises, tours, and special events
• Stay up to date on trending destinations, seasonal offers, and insider travel deals
• Manage bookings for flights, hotels, and excursions to create seamless travel experiences
• Deliver exceptional client service and build long-term traveler relationships
• Collaborate with trusted suppliers to secure high-quality experiences and value for clients
• Maintain knowledge of industry updates to provide expert guidance

• Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills
• Comfortable using apps and online tools to manage bookings and research options
• Previous travel industry experience is a plus, but not required — training is provided
