BlueCargo is a fast-growing, VC-backed technology company transforming the logistics and supply chain industry. The Head of Marketing will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, pipeline generation, and revenue growth while partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive awareness, pipeline generation, and revenue growth
- Lead multi-channel demand generation programs including email, paid media, webinars, SEO, and partner marketing
- Plan and manage trade show and event marketing to maximize ROI and generate qualified leads
- Own marketing automation and CRM strategy (HubSpot), ensuring funnel optimization and reporting accuracy
- Partner closely with the sales and executive teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall pipeline velocity
- Build and manage campaign calendars and go-to-market (GTM) plans for new products and initiatives
- Analyze campaign performance and KPIs; adjust strategy based on data and insights
- Oversee content development for landing pages, case studies, digital ads, and enablement collateral
- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent, high-impact messaging across all channels
- Manage and grow a small internal team and/or agencies, ensuring clear accountability and measurable results
