Trustpoint.One is a leading provider of legal and eDiscovery services, offering comprehensive support across the litigation lifecycle. They are seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to manage complex litigation matters, serve as a trusted advisor to client case teams, and ensure efficient handling of Electronically Stored Information (ESI). This role involves leading client communications, managing workflows, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison and trusted advisor for case teams, owning the service delivery relationship end-to-end
- Ensure an exceptional client experience by proactively managing expectations, timelines, risks, and communication
- Partner with client in-house case & eDiscovery teams to design and implement customized workflows and defensible ESI solutions
- Conduct client-facing trainings, consultations, and troubleshooting sessions
- Lead and coordinate eDiscovery projects—including scoping, ESI ingestion, data processing, review support, QC, and productions
- Document, communicate, and validate client requirements; ensure they are accurately incorporated into project plans
- Track case progress, utilize project management systems, and maintain documentation of deliverables and deadlines
- Ensure timely and accurate case execution while balancing multiple matters with competing priorities
- Collaborate closely with eDiscovery Solutions Attorneys and other Project Managers to develop best practices and standardized workflows
- Coordinate tasks across internal teams, delegating effectively and ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines
- Collaborate and develop solutions with other Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Analysts
- Serve as an advanced user of Relativity and Relativity One and have knowledge of other industry-standard tools (Reveal, IPRO, LAW, processing platforms)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and work with internal teams to resolve client challenges promptly
- Apply knowledge of networks, metadata, and basic forensic concepts to support data-handling workflows
Requirements:
- Must be able to work in alignment with Eastern or Central Time Zone hours
- 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery, Litigation Support, or related legal technology environments
- Demonstrated proficiency with Relativity and other eDiscovery tools/platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience working directly with client stakeholders, including in-house & outside counsel and eDiscovery managers
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale matters simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Superior organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, delegate tasks, and mentor junior staff
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
- Relativity or other eDiscovery-related certifications (RCA, RCU, RCE)
- Bachelor's degree required
