Technology Delivery Manager, IT Project Management Advisor) focus on driving end-to-end technology initiatives, bridging business needs with IT implementation, and managing complex integrations in an Agile environment. - Stakeholder Management:Act as a key liaison between technical development teams, business product owners, and senior leadership, often facilitating governance forums.
- Technical Execution:Apply Agile/Scrum delivery practices, manage risk logs, and oversee the creation of technical requirements, system design, and test artifacts.

Required Qualifications
- Experience:Generally 3 5+ years of progressive experience in technology delivery, IT project management, or program management within a matrixed environment.
- Industry Knowledge:Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), or highly regulated industries.
- Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with Agile frameworks, SDLC methodologies, Jira, and sometimes specific systems like Mainframe/JCL.
