Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Architect II to drive enterprise-wide architecture initiatives with a strong focus on business architecture alignment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in translating business strategies into scalable IT solutions, ensuring seamless integration across systems, and supporting large-scale transformation programs.
This role requires expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks, capability modeling, and IT strategy alignment, along with hands-on experience in modern architecture tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise architecture solutions including software, hardware, and communication systems to meet current and future business requirements
- Ensure systems are aligned with enterprise IT standards, architecture guidelines, and compliance frameworks
- Analyze workflows, organizational structures, and planning processes to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain business architecture artifacts, including:
- Capability models
- Value streams
- Process architectures
- Strategic roadmaps
- Drive alignment between IT strategy and business objectives, enabling digital transformation initiatives
- Support system integration and interoperability across platforms and external interfaces
- Ensure compliance with common operating environment standards
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and architecture teams
- Lead or support vendor evaluations, solution design, and technical decision-making processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to present architecture strategies, technical options, and recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in enterprise architecture and technology delivery across diverse platforms
- Hands-on experience in custom application development using modern programming languages and frameworks
- Proven ability to:
- Lead technical design discussions
- Analyze solution alternatives
- Present architecture recommendations to stakeholders
- Deep expertise in business architecture, including:
- Capability modeling
- Process architecture
- Value stream mapping
- Business-IT alignment
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools such as Ardoq or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and frameworks
- Ability to work on complex technical assignments independently
Education & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- TOGAF certification (The Open Group Architecture Framework) is required (The Open Group)
- 2 4 years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture or related domain

- Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs
- Exposure to architecture governance and compliance frameworks
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
