SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and deliver complex SAP projects, with a preference for candidates who have worked on SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end SAP projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Lead and manage SAP-focused projects across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, QA and third-party stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress using KPIs and provide regular status reporting to leadership.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
• Manage budget tracking and financial reporting for projects.
• Support cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and change management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards throughout project execution.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of overall project management experience, including 3+ years leading SAP projects and initiatives.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end SAP implementations across the full project lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience managing SAP S/4HANA transformations (implementations, migrations, or system conversions) is highly preferred.
• Strong experience with project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• PMP and SAP Activate certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
