Bachelor of Science or Arts (or equivalent work experience), MBA preferred
5+ years of commercial experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty healthcare industry
2+ years of marketing experience
Experience supporting development of marketing strategies and leading execution of key tactics for US specialty or biotech market, preferably solid tumors, oncology, or rare disease products
Proven success leading digital campaigns for product launches or major brand initiatives, overseeing strategy and content development
Experience with various components of the marketing mix and prioritizing resources to drive results
