Sales Agent – Freight

Role Overview

• Work remotely and represent Sims Global Solutions under our brokerage authority
• Leverage your existing customer relationships to move Truckload and LTL freight
• Handle all back-office operations including billing, collections, claims, carrier compliance, and customer setup
• Focus on selling and servicing your customers

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven Freight Agent experience
• A developed, transferable book of business
• Strong hunter mentality and consistent outbound activity
• Ability to negotiate rates with customers and carriers
• Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred but not required)
• Professional communication and follow-through with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers
• Organized daily workflow with proactive follow-up and appointment setting
