Homeaglow is a profitable, rapidly scaling home services marketplace operating in 90% of the U.S. They are seeking a Director of Product, Cleaner Experience to lead the product strategy and delivery for the cleaner lifecycle, focusing on acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention. The role involves collaboration with various teams to drive measurable improvements and optimize the cleaner experience.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Cleaner Lifecycle
- Lead the full cleaner journey, from acquisition and activation to long-term retention and growth
- Build scalable systems that attract, educate, evaluate, and retain high-quality cleaners
- Partner with operations to ensure product and process work seamlessly together
- Drive Product & Platform Execution
- Lead the migration of the cleaner app to React Native
- Ship iterative improvements that directly improve cleaner effectiveness and reliability
- Improve job allocation and matching to increase quality outcomes for both cleaners and customers
- Experiment, Learn, and Optimize
- Design and run experiments with clear hypotheses and success metrics
- Balance high-impact bets with incremental optimization
- Continuously refine strategy based on learnings and data
- Develop a strong point of view on what to test next—and why
- Collaborate and Communicate
- Work cross-functionally with founders, designers, engineers, and operations
- Clearly communicate trade-offs, experiment results, and next steps
- Build trust as the owner of the cleaner experience across the organization

Requirements:
- 8+ years of product management experience in consumer technology
- Proven ownership of the full product lifecycle: ideation through measurement
- Experience building product for supply-side or operations-facing users
- Strong track record of shipping, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making
- Experience with marketplaces or two-sided platforms
- Deep familiarity with growth, retention, and operational tooling
- Comfort working closely with founders in a fast-moving environment
