Juniper Square is a company focused on transforming private markets through technology and AI. They are seeking an experienced product manager to lead the transformation of fundraising and investor relations, developing a deep understanding of customer needs and driving the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Entrepreneurially define how AI will transform private market fundraising and the product manager role
- Develop the roadmap by balancing competing needs between features, stability and performance
- Develop deep empathy for our customers’ needs and pain points, by close collaboration with colleagues from our product, sales, customer success, operations teams as well as customers themselves
- Ship features and improvements frequently and iteratively, planning projects, documenting requirements, and motivating those building solutions with an understanding of the ‘why’ and the ‘what’, inspiring their ownership of the ‘how’
- Work cross-functionally with product marketing, customer success, operations teams and more to roll out new capabilities and drive adoption
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in technical product management role
- Proven ability to effectively leverage AI tools to drive faster product development cycles, more rigorous experimentation and improved decision-making
- Proven experience shipping AI powered products with ownership across the full product lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in technical or quantitative field, or equivalent schooling or training
- Demonstrated ability to define and ship complex, technical products in an iterative, agile manner
- Comfort working with a range of levels, from envisioning entirely new products to mastering details and edge cases
- Proven ability to motivate, lead and convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences through writing, presentations and collaboration with a diverse set of business teams from engineering to operations, and marketing to customer success
- Candidates in the San Francisco bay area who are able to be in the office 2 times per week
