Miles IT is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their Striven division. The role involves forming relationships with potential clients and qualifying leads to support the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Provide baseline research within targeted networks/industries to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting calls
- Prospect into multiple organizations via targeted calling, networking, e-mail/e-marketing, and utilizing Internet information sources
- Identify and qualify high-potential prospects and transition the qualified lead to the appropriate Partner manager for further follow-up
- Develop leads into prospects by understanding their challenges/needs and effectively scheduling outreach meetings with the Partner managers
- Document prospect information in CRM following the lead process
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree (AA) in Business, Technology, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and lead development management is vital
- Technical aptitude to utilize sales tools
- Ability to gather information, listen, and move the dialogue in a positive direction
- knowledge of CRM software
