US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm, and they are seeking an experienced B2B SaaS Product Marketing Manager to lead integrated campaigns and cross-portfolio alignment for Rovo and Atlassian AI. This role involves shaping narrative and positioning across key Rovo products while collaborating with various teams to drive awareness and adoption of AI initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the team to keep in‑flight programs moving, including:
- Rovo Marketing Prompt Library / AI content initiatives
- Support rescoping, content strategy, and x‑fn contributors
- Ensure the program ladder ups to the broader AI marketing strategy
- Refine the 3P narrative for AI‑related connectors (e.g., Google Drive, GitHub) and ensure WAC/enablement content is up to date
- Collaborate with Product Partnerships, ecosystem, and PMs to clarify who owns what and keep PMM deliverables on track
- Partner with demand gen to define content direction and ensure Rovo/AI storytelling shows up consistently in recurring programs
- Partner with engineering and design to identify the lead stories and pull together relevant content, demos and instructions to support build in public initiative
- Own and evolve the 3P Connectors narrative and message house, ensuring consistency across:
- PM + ecosystem PMM
- Clarity on value prop, product gaps and how we should drive progress via marketing initiatives towards L2 adoption goal
- Web, WAC, sales decks, and analyst materials
- Partner and 3P event content
- Drive alignment and pull through of Agents and Agent Studio positioning across product, design, and marketing, incorporating Teamwork Graph/context and customer insights
- Support integrated campaigns and “global brand moments” for Rovo, including:
- Flagship events (Team, Team Europe, RovoCon)
- Industry 3P events (e.g., Google Cloud Next, Web Summit, MS Ignite, F1, etc.)
- Digital awareness pushes (video, social, web, email, community)
- Create and maintain launch/announcement briefs with clear positioning, proof points, and channel plans for Rovo‑related releases
- Drive “Build in public” narrative work with design team to showcase progress building meaningful improvements in a way that drives brand awareness and positive perception
- Ensure Rovo is consistently represented across Atlassian collections and product stories (Jira, Confluence, Loom, ITSM, etc.) with a clear “AI for teamwork” POV
- Support the analyst briefing(s) and AR deliverables for your Rovo features, providing the overarching narrative and ensuring cross‑functional inputs are integrated
- Contribute to industry 3P events in partnership with the Event Marketing team:
- Define event strategy and narrative aligned to business goals and KRs
- Facilitate goal‑setting and measurement discussions
- Review and approve sessions, booth content, demos, and ancillary programs
- Build strong relationships with:
- Brand, Comms, Social, Lifecycle, PFM/Digital, Analytics
- Product leadership for Rovo, Agents/Studio, and Teamwork Graph
- Post‑Sales/TAS and Sales Enablement/Success teams
- Clearly communicate priorities, status, and results via:
- Executive summaries, APEX/OKR updates, and recap docs
- Slack channels, Confluence pages, and standing forums
- Help translate strategy into clear, concise narratives that leadership and x‑fn teams can rally around
Requirements:
- Need people only from Big B2B SaaS companies like: Atlassian, Microsoft, Google, Anthropic, Salesforce, Adobe, ServiceNow & all
- Remote: US PST required; Seattle area is preferred
- 8-9 years of experience
- Technical storytelling abilities
- Experience working with or in a top-tier tech company
- Strategic planning experience
- 5–8+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing
- Experience in AI, data platforms, or technical products
- Experience running integrated campaigns and flagship event narratives
- Strong track record in positioning and messaging, especially for complex or multi-product stories
- Cross-functional orchestration (Brand, Product, Demand Gen, Events, Sales/SUCCESS)
- Owning/driving end-to-end GTM for launches or campaigns
- Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity, fast-moving environments and making thoughtful tradeoffs when capacity is constrained
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write crisp briefs and decks, and present to senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with Atlassian products and/or collaboration/work management tools
