Goal Solutions is focused on ensuring system quality as their platform grows. The Business Systems & Quality Analyst role is responsible for testing efforts, identifying defects, and collaborating with IT and business teams to deliver reliable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own testing efforts across releases to ensure stable, high-quality deployments
- Identify, track, and resolve defects before they impact clients
- Translate business needs into clear test scenarios and requirements
- Analyze system behavior and recommend improvements
- Partner with IT, developers, and business teams to deliver reliable solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field, OR a minimum of two years progressively responsible experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience creating and executing test cases and test plans
- Strong understanding of software testing methods and defect tracking
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience with test automation tools or frameworks
- Background in financial services, lending, or loan servicing platforms
