Henry Schein One is transforming how dental practices operate with connected solutions that simplify administration and improve patient care. As a Sr Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping products that help practices verify patient benefits, streamline claims, and reduce the administrative burden of insurance processing.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer research with dental practices, billing teams, and partners to understand real-world claims submission, denial, and reimbursement challenges
- Translate customer insights and claims performance data into clear product strategies and roadmaps focused on clean claim rates, denial reduction, and faster payment
- Define and prioritize product requirements related to claim intake, validation, payer rules, edits, and workflows, managing dependencies across teams
- Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver incremental improvements that reduce manual touches and increase first-pass claim acceptance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, support, sales, and marketing to bring claims enhancements to market and drive adoption
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and leadership by creating durable artifacts (roadmaps, PRDs, metrics) that drive alignment
- Monitor payer behavior, adjudication trends, clearinghouse requirements, and industry regulations to inform product direction and identify opportunities
- Learn from and be mentored by more senior product managers, gaining exposure to best practices while developing your own product management skills
Requirements:
- 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS or B2B software
- Experience with claims-focused RCM workflows, including claim submission, adjudication, denials, remittances, and payment posting
- Working knowledge of the broader revenue cycle is expected, but claims expertise is the core requirement
- A data-driven approach to product decisions, using KPIs such as: Clean claim rate, First-pass acceptance rate, Denial rate and denial reasons, Days to payment, Touchless or automated claims rate
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment, partnering with engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to break complex claims problems into incremental, testable improvements
- Clear and confident communicator who can share progress, outcomes, and learnings with stakeholders at all levels
- Curiosity and continuous learning mindset, especially around payer behavior, claims rules, and industry
